LIQUID TIGHT STEEL FLEXIBLE CONDUIT EQUIVALENT UL
CONSTRUCTION
Liquid tight Square lock flexible conduit is made by galvanized steel flexible inner core which is pressure coated with an oil resistant, high temperature grade of plasticized PVC. The PVC is keyed into the corrugations of the inner steel flexible core, which prevents the PVC from wrinkling when the conduit is bent to its minimum bend radius. The PVC coating provides a smooth outer surface onto which liquid tight compression fittings can be secured. Liquid tight steel conduit offers high mechanical strength combined with complete protection against liquids and dust. It is suitable for regular movements and vibration. Its Construction is based on Inside Diameter followed by US Standard.

APPLICATION
Excellent resistance to Vibration & Oil.
Complete protection against most liquids and moisture vapor. Lasting wiring protection where listed products are not required. Provides a heavy-duty liquid-tight raceway for machine builders. Strip thickness varies from 0.25mm - 0.50mm for different quality. Durable, abrasion resistant PVC jacket won’t wrinkle in tight bends or shrink from cut ends.  SPECIFICATION
We provide filler of Cotton, Nylon Threads & Copper Wire in between as per requirement
Each bag is packed in HDPE Strong laminated bag & if required in spool roll with corrogated box also.
